    The primary purpose of cabin air filter is to help clean the air that enters into your vehicle through the ventilation system, keeping the air inside your vehicle clean and fresh. 

    Location of this cabin filter: Under the hood in front of the windshield under the cabin filter cover on the passenger and driver side of the vehicle Tools: None.

    When you change your filter (maybe variant for your model. Please see the owner’s manual or find a local mechanic for exact instructions for the particular model):

      1. Open the hood and locate the 2 filter cover on either passenger or driver side of the vehicle.
      2. Go to the passenger side cover and if cover has a plug connected to it, carefully disconnect the plug.
      3. Unlock 3 clips securing the passenger side cover and remove the cover.
      4. Remove the old filter and frame from the cover.
      5. Insert your new cabin air filter.
      6. Repeat Step (3), (4), (5) on another side (passenger or driver side).
      7. Install remove parts by reversing the removal procedure and it’s done.
