The primary purpose of cabin air filter is to help clean the air that enters into your vehicle through the ventilation system, keeping the air inside your vehicle clean and fresh. Location of this cabin filter: Under passenger side dash, behind access door. Tools: Phillips-head screwdriver

When you change your filter (maybe variant for your model. Please see the owner’s manual or find a local mechanic for exact instructions for the particular model):

Be carefully to catch any debris that may fall from the housing when the cover is removed.
Remove the cover by pulling down on the forward edge. As the cover swings down, it will unhinge from the rear edge.
There will be 2 old filters side by side in the housing. Remove the 2 old filters by pulling out.
Install your new cabin air filters side by side as the old ones, and make sure the air flow’s arrows on the cabin air filters are pointing correctly.
Install remove parts by reversing the removal procedure and it’s done.
